GEICO Customers Rank MARATHON #1

Marathon Collision Center and GEICO have been ARX partners since 2006. Marathon Collision Center is located in Summerville, South Carolina. In June Marathon Collision re-located into a former Chevrolet dealership and converted it into a collision center.

The new location offers 2 dedicated GEICO ARX drive-thru service lanes. The signage and service lanes set the stage for the entire customer experience and immediately let every customer know that this is not any ordinary program. The facility was completely refurbished and features a modern reception area. Enterprise is also on site with an office and vehicles for rent at all times.

Body Shop Manager Robert Sadeghian shares: We are excited to launch a fresh approach to service and convenience. Streamlining our new operations with the comfort and the convenience for our customers featured at the forefront of our efforts. We wanted to create a WOW effect for our customers and partners.

Marathon has the highest drivable ARX repair volume in the Southeast at 902 YTD. Marathon also earned the number one CSS result on the top ten list countrywide for May. They currently are rated 91.8% for Customer Service and 93.4 for Repair Quality.
